Terms of Service

Lundie & Grain is a digital woodwork design and visualisation tool. It produces renders, dimensioned drawings, exploded diagrams, estimated cut lists and build walkthrough videos from the information you provide. It is a design aid — it is not a licensed joinery, carpentry, building, architectural or structural engineering service.

We do not sell timber, hardware or finished furniture, we do not broker such transactions, and we do not carry out on-site installation. Any materials or hardware lists are category-level suggestions only and do not direct you to a specific merchant.

Built-in, wall-fixed, load-bearing work, and anything near electrical or gas services must be carried out by a qualified person in accordance with local regulations. You are responsible for the safe use of power tools such as track saws and routers, and for appropriate protective equipment. Our output does not replace a licensed tradesperson or a structural engineer.

You must be at least 13 to use the service. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who must supervise any power-tool use or construction. Users under 13 may not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Plans are USD subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Project allowances are a monthly service usage limit; they reset each period, do not carry over, and are not a credit pack, top-up, stored value or withdrawable balance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the studio to forge engineering drawings or pass output off as a construction permit or certified structural document.

Ownership of uploads and generated results is described in our Content License. The Lundie & Grain brand, software and site content remain our property.

Designs, drawings, cut lists and estimates are provided as references and may contain errors. They are supplied "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular build or merchantability, to the extent permitted by law. See the AI Disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on estimates or designs without independent verification. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a revised date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to your mandatory local consumer rights.
