Content License

You keep ownership of the space photos and reference images you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them only for the purpose of generating your designs and operating the service.

Uploaded images are processed by us and our AI processors to produce your renders and drawings. By default they are cached for up to 30 days and then deleted or anonymised, unless you save them to your account. See our Privacy Policy.

Only upload images you own or are authorised to use. Do not upload copyrighted designs or drawings in order to copy them. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you may use the designs, drawings, cut lists and videos the studio generates for you for your own personal or commercial woodwork projects. Generated results are design references and estimates, as set out in our AI Disclaimer.

The Lundie & Grain name, logo, software, templates and site content remain our property and are not licensed to you except as needed to use the service.

We do not sell your uploads. Where we use data to improve the service, we use aggregated or de-identified information, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
