Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 12 July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Lundie & Grain studio. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Use it for genuine woodwork design
The studio is for designing, visualising and planning woodwork projects. Use it honestly, lawfully and in a way that respects other people's rights.
2. Prohibited uses
- Anything illegal, fraudulent, or intended to deceive.
- Impersonation, counterfeiting, or passing off someone else's brand, designs or work as your own.
- Infringing intellectual property, including uploading copyrighted designs or drawings to copy them.
- Forging engineering drawings, or presenting output as a certified construction permit, structural certificate or professional sign-off.
- Circumventing rules for regulated activities — for example passing generated cut lists off as approved structural or building-control documentation.
- Harassment, abuse, hate or threats toward any person.
- Adult or sexual content, and any content that sexualises minors.
- Political manipulation, disinformation campaigns, or generating fake reviews or testimonials.
- Uploading malware, scraping the service, or attempting to breach its security or rate limits.
3. Safety obligations
Do not use the studio to plan work you are not competent or qualified to carry out safely. Built-in, load-bearing, wall-fixed and services-adjacent work must be done by a qualified person under local regulations.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, remove offending content, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.
